We have decided to move from our original location on S. Preston Street to Swiss Park (less than a block away) to offer our guests, vendors and neighborhood a better, more comfortable experience. Late August in Louisville can be hot and, at points, extremely hot. The temperature, coupled with the black asphalt our guests trek up and down could be quite uncomfortable. Swiss Park offers a large, open grassy area with trees providing shade and room to sit and relax (chairs/blankets welcome), while also enabling the festival to stay in its beloved Germantown/St. Joseph neighborhoods. The newly renovated Zanzabar will also continue to be an official part of the festival, offering a new 350 capacity.
